The Aurora Reykjavík Northern Lights Center, offers visitors a unique opportunity to learn about the amazing northern lights and their legends by viewing facts and figures on wall posters, 4K quality screens and interactive devices.

The Northern Lights Center is divided into different sections, such as general information, introduction to night photography, education, history of the lights and more. The Center´s main attraction is the experience room, which uses a huge 7 meter wide 4K screen to immerse visitors in the majestic green glow of Northern Lights. This is a perfect opportunity, for those who are traveling to Iceland in summer, to catch a glimpse of the Aurora Borealis as well as for winter visitors to visit before heading out to try to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights. You can get assistance and learn techniques here on how to best capture the northern lights on your camera.


In case you missed the Northern Lights on your visit to Iceland, you can already have taken some in the Northern Lights photo booth in the Northern Lights Center.
